The Tears that do not Cry

Amazed by it's sudden growth, and Mokona's enlarged eyes at the kudan before them, they figure out that Masayoshi's kudan has the feather. After picking up Masayoshi, the feather's power is too much for his kudan, who in return loses sight of what's happening. He starts releasing powerful blasts from his mouth, destroying whatever was in sight. Primera, who's holding Mokona, are blown off the roof from the force of it's blasts, and Shogo catches them with ease.

Masayoshi tells his kudan to stop now, but it keeps going into town. Syaoran decides that he will retrieve that feather from the kudan. He will not die, because he has something to do. With that, he rides his kudan towards Masayoshi's. Nearing Masayoshi's kudan, Syaoran stands on his own and jumps from there towards the symbol on the kudan's outfit. Fisting in, he reaches for the feather, but causes slight pain to Masayoshi. He tries to bear with pain as Syaoran reaches for the feather. After retrieving the feather, it begins to rain on Masayoshi's kudan.

When Syaoran returns back to their appartment room, he returns the feather to Sakura and holds her hand in hopes that she'll wake up. Indeed, Sakura does open her eyes. After recalling the same memory from before, Syaoran is more than shocked to hear Sakura ask who he was! He burries the shock for now, and carefully explains everything to Sakura. While Mokona and Sakura are talking, Syaoran takes this chance to step out into the rain. Kurogane and Fai look outside the window, watching him. They wonder if he's crying. Kurogane and Fai's kudans appear with Syaoran's, shielding him from the rain. Meanwhile, a man in another realm is watching this scene, wondering if the rest of the journey will go as smooth.

The following day, everyone is back at the barbeque restaurant where Touya and Yukito work. All of Shogo's gang as gathered, along with Syaoran's group. At that time, Shogo takes off his goggles and puts them on Masayoshi, making him a member of their gang. Masayoshi is more than happy. After their little gathering, Syaoran and his travelling companions decide it's time to go. They thank Shogo, Arashi, and Sorata for their hospitality.

Mokona transports them to a new world. While in that world-crossing space, Sakura becomes afraid. Syaoran takes her hands and tells her to relax because he is by her side.
